I was just wondering if my hives could be related to my being 4 months post pregnancy.  Maybe related to hormones or my thyroid?  My hormones have been out of control and I am losing tons of hair.  Could all of these symptoms be related to my just having a baby?  Should I get my thyroid checked?  Has anyone else post partum had these symptoms together?

Hi cle, welcome to Healingwell :) Are you breastfeeding? If not, hair loss can be from the hormone dance. Usually when you breastfeed, the hormones are kind of still in high gear so to speak to help you produce milk but if you aren't then your hormones can "crash and burn". I had a lot of hair loss after the birth of both my children. How long has it been since you started losing hair?

I am not sure about the hives though, are you taking any kind of medication or eaten anything out of the ordinary? Do you eat alot of strawberries, raspberries, shell fish? Those are main culprits for hives. Tell us a little more about how these hives came to be so we may be able to offer you some suggestions. Are you on a multivitamin? I know, tons of questions! :)
