 Hello Renee,

Have you tried checking your peak flows?  Are you coughing a lot?  If your pf are normal, then you may just need a bronchodilator.  If your pf are in the yellow zone, then you may need some steroids.  When I wheeze consistantly like that, then there is usually something going on.  Sometimes a steriod pack will do.  Sometimes I need a larger dose of steroids and most of the time, antibiotics.  It really depends on how bad I am wheezing.  Just take it from me, don't let it get worse.

I was diagnosed with asthma @ the age of 34.  I have been hospitalized 3 times with bad attacks.  Two of the hospitalizations ended up with me in intensive care in a coma for 28 days on one occasion and 21 days in an other occasion and the third hospitalization lasting 3 weeks hooked up IV steriods.  I'm telling you this so you know how severe my asthma is.  I have been under the care of an ashtma/immunolgist for the past 15 years and have had it somewhat under control but still needed albuterol inhalers and other preventative inhalers.  I was introduced to a product called MonaVie about 3 weeks ago and within 3 days of drinking this fruit juice, I no longer needed my rescue inhaler (including the weekend spent working in my yard) and have also stopped using the preventative inhaler.  My peak flow during the past 15 years never made it above 350 and last weekend I registered 425.  I have had no wheezing since starting this product and I'm simply amazed that this fruit juice has changed my life.  I also know other people with asthma who have tried this product and they also have had the same result.  No wheezing!  It's wonderful.

My sister has asthma and has the same trouble, although she tries not to use as many medications if she can get away with it...she tries morre natural methods-but it's not for everyone.

My allergist told me to the use the minimum amount of medicine. Are you an allergic person? Are you getting shots? Have you been tested?

I take 1 250/50 advair and 1 10 mg singular and flonase two squirts 2xs a day yet sometimes I wheeze. I also check my breathing.

It changed my life too for the worse but you have to breath and everything.

Eat the best food you can and rest as much as you are able.

I researched MonaVie on the internet and it sure sounds like an expensive pyramid type scam to me.

Exactly what fruit juice are you mentioning? Was this a fruit detox? Is it at the health food store? Let me know please! Try perhaps having your back massaged or chiropractic or acupuncture, as that has helped me some with the asthma.

I sure hope you aren't wheezing so much, I know how that and running out of air and energy is believe me. There are many inhalers and yes steroids to help that. Steroids though are bad for the bones and some other things perhaps as well. Always interested in finding out any preventive medicines. I had tried for awhile some herbs that helped the wheeze, but they took that product off the market.

I hate to sound negative, but if you go to their You Tube web site, that's what it sounds like to me also.  I hate to see any one get taken in by one of those pryamid scams.

Carefully keep watch on when you wheeze the most. If there's somewhere where you don't wheeze. Could be something in your house, or bedroom, or office.

Do you feel any better in your car? It's a puzzle and a lot of work. But it works if you can find out the cause and stay clear of it.

Food and chemicals are other things that cause me to wheeze.

My asthma gets me weezing when the allergy triggers are high. I use a nasal cover called cleanose and it has reduced my weezing greatly. If you find that your weezing increases when you are outside or moving you may want to try a preventive as I have. Most are cheap mine only cost 7.99 for 2 weeks supply.
