Great tips but I had to point out for Vitamin C:

The RDA for vitamin C in adults is 60 mg per day. Large doses of vitamin C are considered to be toxic in persons with a family history of or tendency to form kidney stones or gallbladder stones.

What does these supplements do?

I've been told that you can't really have too much vitamin C -- that if you take more than your body can handle, your body will just get rid of it (i.e. diarrhea). Red34, you might have more info than I have, but I have heard that from a few doctors.
