:-) Hello Angela, Oh ya, 14 yrs of having sinus headaches. Yes, they hurt bad. I used to get those type of headache very badly in my teenage years. My head would pound like your describing. Everything that you have mentioned I have gone through. Not as much now. I still wil get sinus headaches , but not as bad as they used to be. Sounds like you have a sinus infection to me.

Suggestion: try sinus rinses. You, can purchase them at pharmacy and drug store. They help to clear out nasal passage. That will help the sinus headache. Hopefully, that will be helpful. Brandi.

Angela, you can also try Excederin Sinus pain relievers. I heard those are pretty good at zapping sinus pain (I can't take them due to other health conditions). Also too if the sinus pain continues, it might be a sinus infection and you should see a doctor.

I still say Sinus Rinses they help with the pressure. And over the counter sinus pain relievers is also good. But, you may need a course of antibotics. If it doesn't go away in another week. I would go into the doctor. Brandi.

Something that helps me when I have a sinus headache is to wet a face towel in as hot as you can stand tap water. Put it over your face, forehead, ertc. The heat is soothing.

Something I found out recently is that some sinus like headaches are really migraines since both type affect some of the same areas.
