Hi all!! I have had moderate sinus disease since teenage years. Now I have had more sinus infections for the past few years. The post nasal drip really affects my asthma. Can't sleep much hard time with air in and out. What can I do to help besides taking all my medications? how can I help my sinuses and my asthma at the same time. To lessen the breathing difficulty during an sinus flare? help with ideas please! Thankyou, Brandi.

You can get sinus rinses at your local pharmacy or ask your doc about it. I'm not sure exactly how it's done, but it should show on the container. It helps clear your sinuses out of all the mucous and has shown to be beneficial for sinus issues.

CeeBee, a Sinus Rinse is clearing of nasal passages. You can buy the kits in drug store called sinus rinse. Put salt and water and bowl. Stick the tip of bottle in one nostril and close other one and squirt the water in nose and it will come out the other nose I think I m explaining it the right way. You can see in the bowl nasal secretions. That is one way that I know I am doing it correctly. Thanks Everyone!!! :-)
