Hi People:
I was wondering if you think that allergy shots really help.My mom got them when she was a kid and they got rid of her allergies for pollen.What do you think?Do they work?Are they expensive?I'm suffering a lot and i'd love it if someone replied! tongue

Hi Pixie :) This is one of those things that may work and it may not. It depends on how your body is going to work with the shots. These are not cure alls and it might only marginally help with an allergy. I've heard both success stories and not so success stories. If you have had an allergy test already done and you know what you are allergic to and nothing else seems to be working as well then I say go for it. You've never had anaphalaxis shock with any of your allergies have you? If so, definately bring this up to the doctor if you decide to have the shots.
