Hello,
I've been in a big dilemma for years. I live in a tropical country and even last year moved to a hotter province for a better
job. I live in an air-conditioned house. I really love cool/cold weather. Think most people do. Especially at night
when you need a sound sleep. That's why, I keep sleeping with the air conditioner on though I'm allergic to the cold temperature
(runny nose, sore throat..like sinusitis infection). In the past, I just took some anti allergic medication and I'd be fine. However,
last month I suffered from hepatitis A and now in the process of recovering. The doctor told me to stop taking anti allergic medication
and said that I had to move to a non air-conditioned room. It's impossible for me to do that. The weather is between 28 - 33 degree Celcius every night. Can anyone help me with ideas on how to cope with this? Thank you in advance.
