I live in NC and know very well the feeling of something sitting on you chest all the time. It is to the point I don't know what to do anymore. I desperately want some relief.
What climate is best for asthma? I've always loved the beach. Would that be good? Or would somewhere hot and dry be better? Please someone give me some advice and also what I can do to breathe better.
God bless, Angel

My Grandmother could not live in Spokane Washinton as she'd get sick,I on the other hand couldn't live on the washington coast as I would get sick. Some do better in a dry climate like Arizona others a damp climate is better for them.

Snowylynne is right, it depends on which climate works better for YOU. If you feel more short of breath in humid weather, avoid states or environments that are moist. However if dry heat bothers, stay away from the desert etc. There are so many different triggers for asthma that everyone is different as how they respond to different things.

Like some say it is all different but I only do good in Arizona the dry heat. As of right now I live in Missouri for college and amhaving chest tightness due to the pollens or something. I am so glad that I only have 1 more year and then I am moving back to Arizona :)
