Eye allergy symptoms can be an itchy, gritty feeling, redness, watering or dry eyes. It sounds like its possible you can have allergies but you should see your doctor if this is really bothering you. They have otc eye drops that can be used for allergy or dry eye, but be sure to steer clear of any drops that take the redness out since you can have a rebound affect - meaning it can make your eyes redder and more irritated.
