........Hi all just thought that soon it will be Mother's day
And who is more DESERVING than our own sweet Mother's
The ones that carried us thru for 9 plus mths and was always there ffor us no matter WHAT

.....Just a thought in YOUR own words albeit poetry or words of love no matter how silly they may seem to you they are from your heart.......................

...........Let us take this day ( Mother's Day) to CELEBRATE our love ,devotion and gratefulness to the WOMAN who bore us and put it here if you care too
If this is too close to your heart to share I DO understand believe me

.........Thanks in advance ............
God Bless Mother's Everywhere
Those still here and those we have lost.......... cry

i don't know if this is what you had in mind.....
a friend sent me this on my first mother's day without my mama, it's become something that i read often and am comforted by.....
my mama didn't have alzheimer's though, so i hope it's ok to post this.....

A MOTHER'S MESSAGE
FROM HEAVEN

I see you, darling, all the time,
I know everything you do,
Would you believe, my dearest child
I'm even closer now to you.

For I can see inside your mind,
Indeed, inside your heart,
I even know you better now,
Than I did before, sweetheart.

I've always loved you - you know that,
But maybe now I love you more,
I love the adult that you've become,
Just as I loved the child before.

I know how much you miss me, honey,
Well, I miss you, too,
I miss our talking and our laughing,
And all we used to do.

Whether you are six or sixty,
You'll always be my precious child,
You're the baby that I carried,
And the adult that's helped me smile.

What you need to understand,
Though death has taken me away,
Is that I've not left you, darling,
I am still with you today.

Honey, I could never leave you,
God, of course, would not want that,
Physically, we are apart,
But our hearts are still attached.

I love you all the time,
You cannot get away from me,
That's the way a Mother is,
Right into eternity.

Every day I'm with you
I see you from above,
And I want for you to know
How very much you're loved.

new at this :    My Mother just passed away March 27, vascular dementia, alzheimers and congestive heart failure. We had to use a  Nursing Home because she had broken 4 vertebrates in her back and she later fell again and fractured another, also broke her hip on another occassion. You could not make her understand she could not walk. The thing I was going to say.  My Mother had a precious room mate and on one of her good days she said,  "The thing of mine I miss the most,  I miss my mind the most.  Needless to say it broke my heart.  Thanks for listening to me.  I guess it being Mothers Day I just needed to talk.  I am glad that I didn't have to see her in pain too long befor she passed away.

Hello Cinammon :-)

I enjoyed reading about your mother and I am so sorry
that you lost her. This Mother's day must have been
a very sad one for you. But I too am glad that you didn't
have to watch her suffer for long. My mother has alzheimer's
also and it is frustrating for her to try and find the words to
say what she wants to. She will try and then she will usually say, " Oh, you know what I mean.

I loved the peom too.
