Back at you sis!!!

God bless each of you who comes to this site. The fact that you are here tells us that you are either helping care for a loved one with AD or you have AD . . . either way, May God bless us all with the wisdom to deal with this thorn.

Blessings!

Happy New Year to all!!

Wanted to give y'all a big THANK YOU for recommending the book "The 36 Hour Day".  I read it through a couple of times and then gave it to my mom, she said she REALLY appreciated it and will refer to it often!  Neuropsych report shows that Dad definitely has Alzheimer's, and that mom was "slightly underestimating" the extent of the damage - they recommended day care for him and counseling for her.  Hubby and I are just being encouraging and letting her know we're here whenever she needs us.

Thanks again to all of you for your advice and support!
