I haven't been on since around Thanksgiving. I just wanted to stop in and "update":
I TRIED to start taking Effexor XR (first 37.5 up to 75 mg)---OMG---had a bad reaction to that one too (as I did with Celexa and Lexapro).....I decided that I would just take the Klonnie PRN---b/c taking a 'base-line' med may not be for me....I don't know...
I started going to Physical Therapy for my uper right quadrant (you can see my crying session on Chronic Pain MB)----and have been experiencing numbness/heaviness/COLD right hand/arm, and my RIGHT leg! I am constantly nauseous and dizzy---- the PTs won't 'say' what they 'think it could be' (god forbid someone try and give me an answer)........
I was doing quite well for a while----and am doing OK anxiety wise---but, when I experience NEW pains---like my arm/leg going numb/cold/heavy--and I can't do physical things--well, I get a little worried.
I figured I haven't died yet---so, I stop myself from thinking the worst---but, it's hard! I have been better than I was the past 6 months---but, I am getting frustrated.
I go and see my Primary MD on 1/8------I feel like punchin' him out! Where do 'we' go now? Who should I go and see about this numbness? Will he think I am overreacting b/c he's so convinced I am a 'stress ball'? Or help out?
I was thinking of you all during CHristmas and New Years-----I just couldn't type on the computer---b/c my arm and leg would go numb---and I still have a hard time sitting/clenching the mouse too long...so, my time on the computer is verylimited!
I hope you all had a blessed, good holiday---we had a nice holiday-----but, I am glad it is 2008-----hopefully a better year!
thanks for listening!
