Panike
Hey there my friend, wondering where you are?  We are missing you here on the site.  You know it is ok to be down and out, we don't care.  We still need you here with us. Your family to us so please post your feelings if your out there and feel up to it. There is something comforting about baring your soul to the members of A & P and still being able to be anonymous.
Gentle Hugs to you.

Hay guys!!!! how is everyone!!!!thank-you guys for being so concerned!! I have been ok,just very busy looking for jobs and so forth. NO luck yet though!! I've missed you guys too!!! Lately i've been feeling ok aside from this new symtom i have,i know its linked to my P/A but its been kind of scary.Usually happens at night! It,s probably going to sound kind of weird but it would be good to know if someone else has experienced it before. What it is,the past couple of nights ive waken up and it feels like i cant feel my heart beating.if that makes sense? So i'll put my hand on my chest and i still cant feel it although i know it is beating otherwise i would have died but its just feels strange. I dont think my heart beat has always been so faint that i couldnt feel it if i put my hand on my chest at least. But also at night i usually take a xanax or ativan to help me get to sleep because zoloft causes insomnia. So maybe the benzo slows down your heart beat? scool  LET ME KNOW IF ANYONE HAS EVER FELT LIKE THIS!!

Getting there

Yes I have felt that panike. it is a frightening sensation and I beleieve its the panic that causes us not to feel it. The worst part is you feel like you are dying yet you are still sitting up or whatever. Boy oh boy these symptoms of panic and anxiety are something else.

Be well
