May be it was LuLu.Was she the one who started having the anxiety symtoms at the gym one night? She said something about she went out for a hike with her BF and she had a P/A? I was thinking LaLa maybe it was LuLu since you said the other person hadn't posted since 2003.I just know i was talking to her one day about two weeks ago. Thanks Kitt!

I am doing MUCH better. Kind of had a "good talking to" by my new doctor today. He said either I could continue to try to hide the fact that I hurt from my family and isolate myself....or I could try a new way and let them know how badly I hurt, how it affects me and my emotions, and have them rally around me for support. Obviously, the isolation part hasn't been working so now it is time to try a new way.

Or you could do both like i do !(smile)My family knows how much my P/A affects me and at one time in the beggining they did rally around me because they really were concerned. Now since i've been dealing with it for so long they sometimes act like they get tired of it! So now i isolate myself from them.MAinly because i get tired ovf them saying things like when are you gonna just bite the bullet and start back travling?! They dont realize its not that easy because if it was i would have went out of town as of yesterday. So in order to keep myself from being frustated i stay away,if you know what i mean. But i dont know what kind of family you have it may be better for you to let them know just how bad you hurt.Do they question you about why you isolate yourself?
