Has anyone ever tried "Attacking Anxiety"?  Have you had any success with it?

I am SO tired of being stuck in a rut with this panic crap that I just want to try something new.

I tried CBT but not with a therapist (I can't afford to see one) and it didn't help.

So I'm trying something else.

I TRY to go out of my comfort zone but I always seem to recede back to my old comfort zone and can't handle a lot of things... especially now that I'm pregnant.

I'm praying it will help in some way or another... ugh... I'm just frustrated and I wish I could just hop on a plane to Florida right now but can't...

maybe I'll get there one day?

My husband ordered it for my son(18 yr old) and he just started the DVDs. My son said it "Saved his friends life" according to the friend.
We are happy to shell out 500 bucks for anything to help him. Better than drugs at his age. Oh well, will let ya know.

I know... GOSH I'm at the halfway mark and getting nervous!

I have no IDEA what this baby needs for a baby shower. I was planning everything on the Target gift registry and I was like... hmm.. I guess I"ll add a diaper genie... maybe a toy lol

Yep... it's about 500 bucks... if you like it after the 30 day trial.... it's 8 payments of $60.

Otherwise I can send it back if I don't feel that it's helping.

My sis found a panic disorder support group but its kinda far. I'm going to try to make it though. Meetings are on mondays.

That's all I know

It's been a while since I've visited this site, but I had to comment on the Attacking Anxiety.  I ordered it years ago and it has been a tremendous help....can't say enough good about it.  Even now, if I go through a rough period, I listen to it and it helps remind me of where I used to be and how far I've come.  It is amazing!  You won't regret purchasing it.

Best of luck to you!
