Hi all,

Not sure if this is in keeping with the rules or not, however, here goes.  I fancy myself a writer (hey we all have deams:)) For a while now I have been writing my experiences with anxiety, perhaps in the hopes of trying to figure it out myself.  I share this with these members because perhaps you can relate, and maybe find some hope out of it all.  So with that said, here is my web page.

Thanks for reading!  I welcome any feedback, positive or negative. Tis a work in progress :-)

I tried finding where to read and it is not clear to me how to go about this ..as long as you are NOT promoting a site for your own personal gain it should be within the rules........or a site like HW.....again I wish you all the best

I found it and it is a blog with your own personal writings, very nicely done and I do not see that you are breaking any rules.  I am not a writer but I do admire people that can use the written word to get out their feelings.

Good job.  I hope it gives you satisfaction.

I read the first 1, it summed the way I feel about my anx lol. I relate alot to the bit wher u wer saying u forget wht ur doing in the middle of a task only to hav to remind urslf its coz ur brain chem screwed up. I always think tht alot of the neurotransmitters are regualted by eachother via neg feedback so to hav a prob wiv 1 is too hav a prob wiv alot of them. Its strange and kinda sad to think tht a lack of few molecules can hav so much impact on some1 life. May read rest later cheers badge.
