Hi All!
I saw my psych yesteday and told her I was doing well, but still having some bad nights, fitfull, night sweats etc.  She said to up the Lexapro to 15 mg, which I said no to.  So she gave me Deplin, a vitamin that is supposed to facilitate the action of SSRI's.  Ironically, for some reason I was so keyed up about this visit and altering the meds that I did not sleep well last night, Its like my body is full of Adreneline.
So, bad day, I went to work but had to come home b/c I had a migraine and slept for 2 hours on my couch.
I think I will take her suggestion and raise the Lex, she thinks if it is totally working I would be symptom free...which I am not...I am better...but not 100%
Question, has anyone tried this Deplin?  I should be very greatful that I have a good job with good insurance that covers it, Dr. says most ins does not and its quite expensive.
Thanks as always for listening, you all are the only people I talk to about this stuff :)

I have read about it but if it is just going to enhance the Lexapro why not just up the lexapro instead of taking another pill.  It is RX so not over the counter and is it worth the expense?  Just asking, I do not really know.

Good Luck and I hope others have answers for you.
