Hi Patchouli,

It is so hard when your husband is gone. I always think I will get some things done that I can't seem to do unless alone, but I always spend my time missing him. You feel so alone.

And I know what you mean about spring not getting here soon enough. I live where there is a lot of snow still. It just wont go away. I did go for a walk the other day but it was icy and I am scared of falling. We have had a few warmer days and I can just start to se the snow going down a little. But being it is still March, here you can still get snowy and windy weather. I hope not this year, I have had enough.

Keep posting Patchouli,
Luv and hugs, Karen

Hi there, hope  you caught my apology in the other thread and my sincere plea for you to stick with us. I should have started a thread for you but Navy has done that so I hope this helps you feel you belong to the HealingWell family.

I have anxiety and depression and I know there are many times when I feel like my own post has been missed here and I am so sorry your post got lost in the thread on March.

I understand your feeling alone when your husband is away and please know you can come here and vent or chat or just tell us how your doing.

There is something comforting about baring your soul to the members of A & P and still being able to be anonymous.

Gentle Hugs to you

Kitt

Hey Patchouli,

I don't ususally post here but I saw this and wanted to show my support.  I am very sorry you are feeling badly.  Although I don't suffer from chronic anxiety, your description of the lump in your throat and the stomache problems really let me understand what you are going through.  I have had that over situational things.  That is a terrible feeling.

I hope you come back and continue to post.  I think you have a lot to offer.  You have real empathy for those who feel lonely and are suffering.

Love and prayers,

Patchouli,

I'm so sorry that you are feeling bad right now.  This is a hard time of year, you get sick of the cold and snow and the gray days and want some sunshine and warmth to enjoy.  I'm looking forward to that as well.  I know how hard it can be to be alone so much and get lonely,  I go through that sometimes too.  My husband typically works a pretty normal schedule, but once or twice a week he has to work late and misses dinner and I get lonely for him.  He's going out of town for three-four days at the end of the month, and Im sure not looking forward to that!  I hope that you will keep coming here, there seems to be alot of us who feel the same way as you do.

Patchouli...sweetheart..I will put you in my prayers (and your beautiful hubbie too).  Depression is such a lonely thing and to be on your own must be so very hard to deal with.  Please post and let us know how you are doing and if there is anything we can say or do to make this time easier for you..and to steal from kitt: (sorry sweets)

GENTLE HUGS xxx
