Hey Machelle,

Thanks for asking.  His level was down slightly but still over the norm so we chose to wait and retest blood in May.  I have returned to the just stay in the moment and time will tell as you cannot rush time so I am practicing patience.

It is good to see you posting again.  I have days where I just need to shut down a bit but then I get back on with life and hope my road stays fairly smooth.  Hugs to you my friend.

Thank you all and right now I am doing fine, I think I got past the catastrophsizing :-)
My hubby is doing well and just going on with his life.  He is not a big talker and so I try not to bring it up but just wait and see what God's plan is for us. He knows I worry but I try to practice what I preach stay in the moment and tommorow will take care of itself.

Hugs to all

Hey there Wen and All,

My husband is a very outdoors man and he loves to hunt, cut wood, be up north on our 80 acres of wood tics and ride his motorcycle.  He has projects going in his pole shed all the time so he is one that can keep busy and not dwell on  worrisome things.

I am the worry wort in the family.  Someone has to do it. eyes Don't worry be happy.

I will be sure to let you all know if I am in trouble.

Hugs to you
Kitt
