Good Morning and You are so right, you deserve a better quality of life then living in anxiety. I am so glad to hear you are going to the doctor. I know how scary it feels but once you get there you just say it like it is. Don't hold back.
Remember we are all here supporting you.HugsKitt
When I was at university I could barely walk to the kitchen without panicking about bumping into someone and I used to struggle with walking into the centre of my local town. I'm quite proud that I've managed to overcome this now and even find myself being a lot more chatty with people. It's the bits inbetween me being stable like that which are truly awful and I don't want to experience them anymore!
I'm really glad things went well for you. CBT is a really, really wonderful tool for battling anxiety and I use it all the time to help me get through things. I'm crossing my fingers and toes and believeing that this will help you out a great deal, please let us all know how it goes, I would love to hear!
I am so glad you are going to do CBT. I have yet to hear anyone that did not think it was simply wonderful. I know it takes hard work but I believe as you said it is a good place for you at this time.
I wish you peace.Kitt
