Today I am grateful that huge raindrops are falling all over our land after so many months of drought.  My little kitten has her cute brown nose pressed to the window in wonderment as she has never seen rain before. People are happy and smiling and dashing about with old umbrellas exclaiming at this miracle of rain.  Today I am so grateful to hear rain on our roofs and know that our farmers might just have a chance..please join in and share the things in your life that are a blessing. :-)

Today I am grateful for the wonderful Autumn days we are having here just now - kinda crisp in the mornings, but beautiful sunshine throughout the day - love this time of the year  :-)   :-) :-)

Today I am grateful for my friends here on HW, for the sunshine outside, for my wonderful Hubby who is taking me on a 2 day mini-vacation, for the blessing of being able to attended my granddaughter's Prom Grand March yesterday.

Life is good.
Hugs to All

This is a great thread, Meg.

First of all, I am grateful that Meg is out of the hospital and doing better!  I'm so glad that you are back with us.

Secondly, I'm grateful for my supportive family, especially my hubby who has stood by my side no matter what has happened.  He doesn't understand it all, but he has always been there for me.

Thirdly, I'm grateful for the wonderful spring weather we are having, the snow is gone and I can garden now.  WOO-HOO!!  It's great to be able to get outside.

I am grateful most of all for all you wonderful people here.

I am also grateful that I got everything done this weekend plus some.  I am also grateful for the fact that after what seems like forever, the sun is shining and there is a light breeze and it's about 65 degrees here.  I'm going to finish doing a few projects and then just sit on my deck with a good book and try to lose myself in it and forget about my anxiety.

I am grateful to all the friends I have made on Healingwell. I don't know what I would have done without you all.

I am also extremely grateful for my husband, who loves me no matter what. Good days, sick days, all of them. I don't know if I could carry on day to day without his love and support. Sometimes I will feel so alone and he is always right there reminding that I am not. I love you my sweet love more than you will ever know.

Today I am grateful for the fact that I was able to get out to the fabric store.  Because of the agoraphobia, I can't get the will to go out very much or too far.  But I needed to do this for my  daughter and I'm glad I did.

Wen,

I'm so happy you were able to go to the fabric store.  Get to sewing.  What color is her dress going to be?

I'm grateful today for the 75 degrees and sunny and I made it thru work.

Ocean, isn't it a blessing to get through work, I made it through a four hour staff meeting last night without freaking!! Woo-hoo!

Wen, you get sewing now and congrats on beating Mr Agrophobia.

Today I am grateful that I managed to leave dishes on the sink for a full day without having to wash them (minor miracle for OCD meg, but a small step towards recovery)

Today I am grateful that my boyfriend rubbed my back until I could fall asleep this morning (couldn't sleep all night). I am also grateful that we got to spend a few extra minutes this morning together before he leaves town for work for 10 days.

Today I am grateful for the ability to go shopping. I have put that off for three days, but this time I am going.

Sometimes it is so hard, sometimes it is easy and I wonder why it was so hard before. But I will not let the anxiety get me today. I am just going to go and get it over with.

I am so grateful that all of you guys are here. This is a wonderful place where everybody understands me.

Luv and hugs,
Karen
