I don't know if this baby is eating up the medication before I can possibly get to the ativan but I had an awful panic attack in Walmart last night and one today driving to my sister's wedding reception.

UGH

I'm 32 weeks now and am so frustrated and tired of panicking.

It's like... "oh yay... here's another attack."

I hate feeling crippled but I start feeling like I'm 200 degrees and yet today I was wearing a dress and it was 55 degrees out.  Then I get woozy and panicky and my brain is screaming to turn around and go back in a weird non-verbal kind of way LOL

ARGH

Why couldn't I have had the perfect pregnancy you lovely panic disorder suffering mothers had!?!?!?! Where the panic just melted awaaaaaaayyyyy

*jealous*

Twiggy, I've never been pregnant and so I am no use to you honey, but I do have hormones and I know what games they play on brain, body and soul.  It will pass, eventually, but for now VENT all you want and keep us posted.  I hope someone with better advice will come along soon, but I am thinking of you twiggy, and keep breathing okay? Vent sweet sister!!!
