I know there are some young people on this site so I am going to do my best to keep it as clean as I can and talk in "code" a bit and hope ya'll understand.

My man and I were "having fun" last night. He is a very "big" guy and I am a "small" girl. Things got a little rough.

Now today I am having some dull pain in my lower abdomen.
I assume its from being to "rough" and will be better in a day or 2 but my mind is wondering off into anxiety land and causing me some very bad painic attacks.

Please if anyone else has been thru this or can help with some advice or anything at this point I would love to her from you even if its in an email and not a post.

I know this can be a touchy subject so i am doing my best. Im sorry mods if I crossed the line or didnt make the post clean enough. I tried and im just having really bad painic attacks and I need some support.

My mind is imagineing the worst stuff you can think of and I am tripping out!!!

** I just changed the title as ppl will be drwn to that especially young members okay you can put your own title in hun.......Luvs

Hey, I am just glad you were having some fun! I don't have any advice other than what Gramps put.  Perhaps check you don't have a urinal infection and need antibiotics (UTI) other than that, enjoy and try not to let anxiety take over. Boo!

I was having bad panic attacks over it last night but the attacks have calmed down and I feel like I am cominjg back down to my somewhat normalness, lol. But on the other hand i think i have forgot what normal is, lol

THe post is fine
You did okay with it
Now I would do as already has been posted and I would also perhaps put a heating pad or put a towel in microwave ( wet) and get it hot to lay on your abdomen where it hurts ...

Maybe a nice relaxing tubby too may help

Keep your angst down hun
I am sure you are fine
But if like Gramps says not better by T0eusday do seek professionals help okay

Thanks for keeping the post as you did
Appreciated

crying,
Just wondering how your doing now. You are not alone. I have the same problem with my husband sometime and I have been to numerous doctors who say everything is fine. I know it doesn't feel fine at the time though. You may have a cyst on your overies so you definately should call your doc. Anyway, some advice is (trying to keep it clean) try some different uh, positions that dont hurt you. That's the only thing that helps me, but sometimes the "fun" can get very monotonous and boreing. I wish you the best of luck. Hope everything turns out okay.

P.S. Hope this was clean enough, sorry if you have to delete this, I didn't know any other way to say it?

well right now im fine but my son spent the night with my grandma last night and i miss him so much. Even though I know i need a break every now and then, i feel extremely guilty when he's not with me. I am a stay at home mom and housewife so he's always with me. Plus fathers day is Sunday and I always make all the dad's something awsome and we don't have the money for me to even copy some pictures. Very sad about that. Anyway, other than that I'm okay I guess. Tonight is church so I have something to look foward to.

Crying,

I'm glad you're able to get into your GYN so quickly. I think that sometimes the time of your cycle that you're in can affect roominess too.

Thanks Mary2 Thats kinda what I think it is. Just some bruising. I am feeling better but had to go to the doc anyways so I brought it up to her and she said it was normal and nothing to worry about and gave me the OKAY! So I am doing much better.
I think I will try to make sure that future "fun" doesnt get out of hand again, LOL.
Thanks ya'll

I am so glad your fine and that you took the time to talk it over with your GYN. Also thank you for handling a delicate topic in a very adult way, much appreciated.

We are so happy to have you as part of the HW family.

Hugs,

Kitt
