Have an Appointment Monday the 23rd at 3:45 PM.Though I'm happy I will finally have Medication,I also feel really scared. It has been a VERY long time (over 7 Years) that I last saw a Doctor.I'm scared he might find something really bad wrong with me.

Am also feeling my old Friend Anticipatory Anxiety.Haven't been out since renewing my License May 30th.It's a big problem because my Sister Friend has Agoraphobic tendencies herself and doesn't get out much.Right now she is the only Person I feel completely comfortable and "safe" with. She has been where I am and understands.

Hey Sydnee,
I'm sure you'll be fine. And I somewhat understand the fear of leaving your house. I will keep you in my prayers. I'm sending lots of love your way. (((((((((((((((((((LOVE!!))))))))))))))))))))))))

Sydnee

You are going to be ok, just stay in the moment, and don't anticipate what will happen.  Remember you cannot change the past and tommorrow will take care of itself.  I am with you in spirit.

Hugs to you
Kitt

Sydnee,

Remind yourself of what a positive, healthy step it is that you're taking. You're facing a situation that frightens you, but you've succeeded recently, and you can do it again. I like the idea of "anticipatory pleasure" too: think about how much better you'll feel knowing that you've got an expert on your side to help you get back on a more even keel. Also think about how good it will feel to tell your friend and all of us that you took that first step outside the door, and then another, and so on.

You can succeed, because you've already proved that with the driver's license trip. Next week's trip is that much closer to feeling more like you truly want to feel.

Hugs,

Percy,
My recent excursion went so well,it's almost scary!I would never of thought in a million Years it would go so well. When I returned Home and since Anticipatory Anxiety has been high.I MUST learn how to reprogram my thoughts so I can view things in the same light as you.If I could get pi$$ed instead of fearful and turning inward,I would be well on my way.
