B's...Vitamin B-Complex (B-Complex Vitamins) may be useful for alleviating Depression or Anxiety as well..a deficiency in B12 can cause moodiness and nervousness.I read that because the B Vitamins work together,a deficiency in one indicates a deficiency in another..Iron deficiency can cause nervousness..Phosphorous can cause symptoms of Anxiety..heard Magnesium has a basis in Anxiety..Para-Aminobenzoic Acid (PABA) causes Depression and irritablity..Potassium..nervousness..there are LOTS of deficiencies that cause Dizziness which is a symptom of Anxiety..
