Sydnee:

No advertising or links to advertising or "Spam" is permited (including signatures)

  • Advertising or Spam is defined as posting a link for the purpose of selling, soliciting or promoting by someone that has ownership or other "vested interest" to the web site involved, including efforts to promote other online forums or web sites by web site owners.
  • If you are a web site owner and have a link that fits into this category that you want to share, please submit it to our resource directory and we will review your submission.
  • Posts and links about fundraising (including nonprofit fundraisers) are NOT permitted.
  • Only links to personal home pages are allowed in signatures and member profiles. Links must be appropriate and abide by rules #1-4 or they will be removed.
  • Links to helpful web sites (commercial or otherwise) are allowed when they are posted by someone without any "vested interest" AND whose purpose is NOT to solicit, advertise, promote, fundraise, etc.
I think, sweetie that it is fine (and generous) of you to give us this link. It's only wrong when you are doing it for the reasons listed above. If it helps you it helps us. Thanks!

Hi there hun and I am sorry but I need you to be very careful of pulling any materials off  of another board.  Most of the boards have a copyright statement on their board somewhere.

It generally reads:
Site owned and operated by BlankBoards.com
Copyright and Terms of Use © 1998-2008 BlankBoards.com All rights reserved.
"Do not copy or redistribute in any form!"

HealingWell rule reads:
8. No posts of copyrighted material.  Information copyrighted or owned by any individual or entity other than the person posting should not be posted on the message boards without the consent of the owner.

I know how excited you are about this thread but I think you can find plenty of info that is not copyrighted to use. Thank you for your understanding.

May I suggest instead of posting the information here, posting a link to the site? Unless you have a vested interest in the site, that would be within the rules. Some of the other forums do that a lot.

Thanks Judy,

Nice of you to think of that.  I know Sydnee does not have any vested interest in the site to the best of my knowledge.  She could also just post a link to the  thread that she would like people to see as it will be easier for members to find the topic if it is a big board. :-)

Thanks again
Kitt

Thak you, both article were great..........I really liked the one with the big print.........for the aging........that would be me devil

My hubby and I both take Ca++, Mg+ and Zinc supplement everyday.  I started using the Mg+ a long time ago for the depression however I need to make sure I take it every day.

Thank you for caring enough about all of us to post this information.  It was very good info.

You are going to go far with your dreams.

Thanks for the link, Sydnee. I haven't read it thoroughly yet, but it's bookmarked now for when I'm ready to check into my *next* vitamin supplement. I've been including some useful ones one at a time to see how I feel while taking them. So far, so good, but I am starting to need one of those 1-gallon size bags for all my vitamins, like someone posted in another thread. LOL
