I get up extra early. If my appointment is at 11:00 AM and I have to leave home, I will get up at 6:00 AM and just take my time so if I start to get anxious I have plenty of time to just come here and sit and post to our HW family. It takes my mind off me and onto someone else.
I may make a list of what I have to do, it is an idiot list but it works. Get up and stay in the moment. Eat breakfast. Wash hair. Check purse for money and insurance card. Make sure you have your written list of your meds as you know your mind will go blank when they ask and you can hand them the list. See why I call it my idiot list but hey it works for me...........
I think your planning ahead is very good. I always decide on what I am wearing the night before and yes I put out the right shoes, stockings, etc.
You are on track so keep it up. Proud of you.

No other way to get there without my Friend. It's a 10-15 drive into the small City close-by and ATM (at the moment) she is the only Person I feel comfortable and "safe" enough to go with.We don't have Public transport.
I may have to cancel my Appointment anyway.I forgot about paying a Co-Pay and since my Insurance just changed,I don't have enough Money to pay a higher Co-Pay.
I'm happy how you prepare works well for you.I'd rather have everything prepared long before.
I DO want to LIVE again!I am telling ya Gal Xanax gives me COURAGE to try!If I can keep going out everyday whether it be walking down the sideway, getting mail at curb or taking trash to receptacle,it WILL get easier and less scarey.I have to give myself a push though and sometimes that is a lil hard..I come with Bum
Thank you for keeping me in your thoughts. You along with everyone here are so supportive and encouraging.Haven't found that attitude on other sites.
