OMG..am having a REALLY bad Morning!

I feel apprehensive,uneasy and a dread looming in background..both Ears are hurting deep inside and I feel as if I'm gonna lose control!

I am sorry to hear that you are feeling bad.  Try to be as positive as you can be.  Tell yourself that you will get through this and you will feel better. What are somethings that you enjoy doing?  Mabye by doing these, you can take your mind off of things.  Think about what fun things you can do this weekend with your family.  Take deep breaths and picture a calm scenery on the beach or somewhere and try and visualize this.  If you have some candles to light up, then they always can bring a soothing feeling to the soul.  Or if you are at your home, clean up real good and mabye even rearrange.  Change is always good.  Try to keep yourself occupied.   No matter how bad you begin to feel, remember that you are and will be okay.  I know how you feel.  And I have two babies, so when I feel bad, I still have to take care of them:) Try to make yourself happy.  If you like gardens, mabye set some goals to make a pretty garden in your yard.  Spend time with family you love.  I hope you start to feel better. And you will.  I know it is very hard.  But you can do it. Keep telling yourself that.

Tell yourself positive things throughout the whole day. Like you will have a good day, you will get through these bad feelings, you will be happy! I know what makes me happy is to help other people. If you like to cook, then bake some cookies or a cake and give some to comeone you love. I did this yesterday, I gave a big chunk of pound cake to my old neighbors who are really sick. They were so thankful. Do you like doing crafts? Mabye you can get some bird houses from wal mart that arent painted yet and design them with your very own creative designs. Prepare a big nice meal for your family. Do you live alone or with family? And if you start feeling bad, then just keep doing what you are doing at the time and talk positive to yourself. Tomorrow is Friday so you may rent a real good movie and watch it with someone special. And throughout the day make sure you are breathing correctly. Do you get headaches from the anxiety?  I feel like I am getting more headaches.  Sort of shooting pains that come and go.  You experience this?

I am so sorry you are feeling this way but again
I think and it is only my opinion that it is all to do with the
Anticipatory anxiety

Have you tried CBT therapy yet??

Anastasia,
I enjoy Cooking,Baking,Reading,Music,Movies,Crosswords,Decorating,cleaning (yes I do) and a lot of other things.What Family?The thing about me and relaxing is:I feel I must get everything done before I can take time to relax.I've got to get some Candles.For Weeks I've been going through Closets,Drawers and everything else tossing out,moving into storage and giving away.I can't Garden where I live because the Yard is sprayed..

I try my very best to be positive,but sometimes that is difficult to do.I used to bake for a Neighbors 3 Grandchildren,but they've since moved.Very nice of you to bake and give to your sickly neighbors :*) I've been considering doing some Crafts..just haven't had extra Money to purchase items needed.I live alone and no longer have immediate Family.I won't go in detail about my Family coz mot of them SUCK!I may fip through Dish and see what's on.Last Night I got in on the tailend of Shanghai Noon?Owen Wilson and Jackie Chan.I LOVE the Movie!Then watched Three Men and a Little Lady..another favorite..no I really don't get Headaches,but my Scalp feels sore and taut.

Thanks..how am I going to overcome Anticipatory Anxiety?It is eating my Breakfast,Dinner and Supper!No,I haven't tried CBT coz there aren't any Therapists in this Area trained.We don't have jack crap here!

I am sorry you feel bad. I feel bad too! I feel so awful and I get so upset when I feel like I am going to die. It scares me so much> I am in tears now because I have felt so bad today. I guess just try and be as strong as you can. I have a headachea and it wont seem to go away. I am sick to my stomach and dont know what to do. I can freak myself out so bad that it drives me nuts. I am the same way about everything being done before i can relax. I feel so weak and tired that I dont even feel like doing it and I make myself anyways. Somedays is better than others but when I feel this anxiety, I feel out of control like you mentioned. Like I am going to lose my mind, disapear, die, heart stop, I diagnose myself with diseases and so on. I want to be okay. I hate this. It is so hard to live this way. It is so scary. I dont feel real half the time just trying to make it you know.

I'm sorry you are feeling bad.I can't imagine what it's like to feel bad and have little ones.I'm sure it's very rough.Bless you!When I feel bad,it scares me plumb silly!I hope you begin to feel better soon.For a very long time I needed to move a few articles of Furniture and tons of other items from my Apartment into Storage.I finally got most moved,however still lack moving a lot.I am one of these People who can't stand for my House to be in disarray.I don't have a Truck..don't have a Vehicle..even if I weren't Agoraphobic,I would still require someone to help because I have Spinal problems and can't lift or carry heavy items..I want everything moved out,so I can deep clean my House and get everything in order..then maybe I can relax..I will say a Prayer for you that you feel much better soon.This Anxiety is a pain in the Bum!I wish I had a magic wand or could wiggle my nose or blink my Eyes and it would be gone for all of us.It's so overwhelming and hard to understand coz it happens when we're perfectly safe..

I scare myself silly over small things. If I have an upset stomache I think its something fatal. If its a headache, probley something fatal. Likew I said some days are better than others but when it hits, it knocks me on my face. I have dealth with it 1 year and 4 months now. Please pray for me.
How often do you feel bad for? And explain to me how you feel. It may help me to feel better. I am sorry about your back. Mabye you can find someone to help you to move things. I know how it feel to want something done. It will bother you until its done. I have already started to feel better from you talking with me. Do you work or go to school? I am stay at home mom but July 8 I will start college. I will still be at home with kids though. I will work around my schedule but I may need a sitter a couple hours during the day. My kids have never been away from me.

I'm sorry your morning started so badly, it's probably night time by now where you are!! If you can't get any CBT in your area you can visit moodgym online. It is CBT based, and really helps put things in perspective. I really hope your day went well, and the fear went away. I hope tommorow is better for you...I'm about to start my day now, wish me luck!
