I had a qEEG last week and I must say that was the neatest thing.  They called it a brain mapping.  It is supposed to tell the therapist what part of the brain is "messed up".  Apparently, it goes off of brain waves and I guess certain brain waves mean certain things if they're high or low.
I've been doing Biofeedback at the same place and I must say that is the neatest thing.  She hooks up an electrode on each earlobe and one on my scalp and I watch certain videos.  One video was of a space ship going through a tunnel.  Once my mind drifted, the space shuttle stopped moving so everything works based on your focus.  She said it will take about 10 sessions to feel any difference and the brain mapping will tell them what to focus on.
I'm not sure if it will work for me, but I'm encouraged by it.

Thanks for sharing. I don't know anything about biofeedback, but you're definitely helping me to learn. Thanks!
