Hey everyone,
Just wanted to say hi and to let ya'll know I've been busy lately.

I hope everyone is doing ok,feeling much better and I wish ya'll a super duper fantastic Weekend.

When I woke Today my R Hand (mainly Fingers) felt numb and still feels numb..at first I thought I may of slept on my Hand, but since it still feels numb,I can't be sure..

Numbness is or can be a symptom of Anxiety and I think my worrying about it is making it much worse..

Anyone felt numbness before?

Blue as a the cookie monster!!! But it passes, adrenaline causes the extremeties (hands, feet) to be  bypassed in panic (fight or flight)..it's okay :-)

It used to really feak me out, but not as much now because I know its my anxiety. It can last for minutes or hours. I know I'm not in a good place when I get the tongue numbness.

I'm happy to hear you deal with it without undue Anxiety. If something like that were to happen to be,I would be freaking out!

Best,

Syd
