Yes I too have experienced the JOLT - sheesh very frightening...for me it's like a warning sign that I am starting to slip back into negative thought processes..and that I had better get my act together lol eyes I have actually had such a jolt that I thought there had been an earthquake! You are not alone :-)

Take good care.

Danielle,

I hope this is just a "one off" for you. As Sista J mentioned it may be a little wake up call. Is anything else going on that may cause this??? Take care.

I've had a light jolt through my body sometimes when I'd have panic... usually withdrawal from my xanax... wishing you well.

Danielle,
I have not had this shappen but I am sure it was very scary for you. Let's hope it was a one time thing and try your best not to tense up and wait for it to happen again.
Keep posting as we are here for you.

Danielle,

I haven't experienced this one either, thank goodness, but I have heard of it. I am so sorry that it ruined your evening. Keep fighting!

I get the occasional jolt - usually feels a bit like I've been woken up suddenly, sometimes it's kind of a twitch in an arm or leg. Does seem to be linked to periods of anxiety.
