hey i dont know if anyone can help me but i have had anxiety for a while now and for the last 6 weeks i have had constant nausea with it, i have taken many anti nausea tablets and anti anxiety tablets and none of the nausea ones seem to work, i am on tablets for anxiety and these have taken away the panic feelings but im still left with the nausea, i cant leave the house at the moment because when i do i panic slightly and feel like im going to be sick.

If i go anywhere for example the other day was my first day out in about 3 weeks, i went to pick up a new mobile phone and as soon as i got into the shop i felt like i was going to be sick, i was constantly thinking how long is this going to take, how long until i can get out and how far is the toilet incase im sick, i panic so much about being sick that i can hardly speak to the person serving me.

I tried to calm myself down but felt very very sick. Once i left the shop and got into my car i felt fine which was weird.

Can anyone help!?!?!?

When I have an anxiety attack I have to take my Xanax along with with my nausea med. I take Zofran 8 or 4 mg or at night I take 25 mg Phenergan. I find I get more success when I take them together. Good luck!

I am so sorry your going through this nausea.  I too carry some of my antianxiety med with me.  Remember you will be ok.  Try the deep breaths.

After your finished with your errand or task does the nausea go away for you?

Hi, Welcome

Hey that phenergan is a god send for me as well. Some anti-nausea meds cause anxiety in me (It mat just be me) but maxillon and stemetil make my heart race, feel worse, so may try the phenergen, just be aware that it can make you very dozy...
