Well, just back from having the gall bladder, liver & pancreas sonogrammed.  Guess I'll find out if I have enough gall. smilewinkgrin    Most of you can say YES, I do! lol!

I didn't sleep that well last night, partly from overeating, trying not to puke and being wound up about this a.m., but when I got on the table and the tech started doing the exam, I wanted to doze off!  99% of anxiety is anticipatory in my case anyway.

Well, that's th' news for now.

Yakkin' later,

t.

Tony,

I'm glad this test also went so well. You are putting together quite a string of them here. If we gave gold medals for baby steps, Phelps would have to watch out for you!

Tony,

I'm glad the infection is entirely gone. Are you still having any sorts of sinus symptoms?

I get that "left hand doesn't know what the right is doing" thing between my doctors and labs sometimes too. You'd think that when the form specifically asks you to list who the results go to, that someone would actually read that part and take care of it. *sigh*

Tony,

That is good news that the infection is clearing up. I would really recommend some acidophilus (can get in good yoghurts) or pills to get your stomach back in balance. It can make a huge difference! Good luck,

Meg

Tony,

Glad your sinuses are clear - sorry your tummy is acting up. Due to some issues I have I take probotics and Activia Yogurt. They seem to help me. I also recently was given Diflucan by one of my doctors who suspected yeast overgrowth (as I have been on a large number of antibiotics for the last few years due to illness) and that has really seemed to help also. There are so many things that can make our digestive system "off" and it can be very temperamental can't it?!?! I pray you start feeling better soon!

Blessings,
Leah

Oh Tony,

I need to send you another punching bag. This is just not on. I'm pretty sure that you need to be given ample notice before a storage company can just go in and remove all you stuff..especially personal effects.

I'm really mad now too...hand me my boxing gloves okay? Why does this kind of stuff happen to wonderful people when they are already suffering? I just don't get the way this world works sometimes. As for that employee, put him out of your mind. He is not worth wasting emotion on. If he isn't going to respect you enough to give you notice, then don't give him the satisfaction of upsetting you. Not worth it.

Now I'm going to send the flying monkeys off to that storage company. devil

Please tell us what your legal representative says. I am deeply sorry for all this Tony, you and Barb do NOT deserve this sort of slap in the face.

Hugs of support,

Meg

Tony,

I'm so sorry to hear about all of your possessions in storage, it doesn't sound quite legal to me either, so I agree with talking to a lawyer.  What a rotten thing to have happen.

It's too bad about your cleaning person too, some people are just so inconsiderate and it's frustrating and hurtful when you go out of your way to be nice and then get...pooed on, to put it nicely.

Hoping you get your things back, I cannot imagine how upsetting that would be.  My heart really goes out to both of you.  Keep us updated.

Dear Tony, sorry to hear your day was stressful...........where did they put your personal items that you had in storage?

Hang in there.

I am just so sorry that this has happened.  How devastating for you both.  I wish there was something I could say or do that would help, but know there just isn't.  My heart is just broken for both of you.

Tony & Barb,
I just can't believe they would do that. How cruel can humans be? I am so sorry for your loss of such precious memories.

Ech! Gall stones..they can remove those little suckers pretty easily these days with (sp) a laproscopy..pretty un-invasive.

The fatty liver? Well, I suggest you try cutting out animal fats, alcohol (if you partake) cheese, eggs, full fat dairy (now I sound like the wicked witch of the west)..

A three week detox may help you out enormously..it's tough, but it's worth it if it gets rid of stomach ailments. My IBS *almost* went away when I cut out all fats and drank only bory snory lemon tea for a month..zzzz

Monday isn't too far away my friend, hang in there smilewinkgrin

Tony,
Good Morning.  I am sorry you had a rough night and I am hoping your day will get better.

Are you in an area that may be impacted by the tropical storm? I hope you are not, in fact I hope it turns out to fizzle out over the gulf.

Morning hugs to ya.

Tony,

I am glad you are not in the coastal region as you do not need a storm on top of all the other stressors going on in your life.

I do hear they have some wild  "Hurricane Parties" down south shocked Guess it is one way to deal with the stress of being hit by a hurricane.

May your day be filled with peace and lots of love.

Kitt

Tony,

They can get those gall stones out very easily these days. If it comes to that you will be in and out within a day. I don't think that 2% milk fat would be impacting on your liver. Cutting out dairy, meat (sorry bout that!) will ease up the stress on your body. Meds can mess with readings. NOT that I am qualified to speak of this, just my own experience. Cut out the fat for a few week and see how you feel.

Hugs,

Meg

Tony,

I'm just catching up on reading your thread. I'm so sorry about all you belongings being taken from your storage unit. A lawyer may be able to help you track some of them down, as I believe auctioneers keep records not just on who bought what (and their addresses) but briefly on what was in each lot. I'm not sure; it's been ages since I registered to bid at an auction. At any rate, do get someone else to help with that type of legwork - don't take it on yourselves.

You just hang on healthwise too. Others have posted positive things about gall stones and a fatty liver, so it sounds like you'll be able to get those cleared up. I'm glad.

Take the day tomorrow, and you and Barb just curl up with a nice book and some of that lemon tea Meg mentioned and wait for the rain.

Love to you both,
percycat

Tony,

your anesthesiologist will be up to date with all your meds and levels. Put that worry out of your head. I have lived with tinnitus for the last eight years. My psych put me on 8mg of xanax daily , and I will forever suffer his ill-made decision. I try to look upon this as something out of my hands. I have my humour, I have my wonderful friends and I am blessed to have my HW family. I do not mean to belittle any of your pain my Tony, but fous on your wonderful Barb, your fantastic sense of humour and all the fun you have yet to enjoy. You will get through this patch. Promise!

Love,

Meg
