Oh my dear gosh have I been having Anxiety and Adrenalin surges lately!Yesterday was REALLY bad!It was more than likely a Panic Attack.

August 22 my 94 Year old Nanny (Step-Grandmother) passed away and her Funeral and burial was Yesterday. My Father died 19 Month's ago Today and the 28th will mark 7 Years that my Paternal Grandmother (first Mother I knew) passed away.

Am still dealing with my Aunt and she and my Father's Sister in-law.My Aunt called gritching and griping to my Attorney behind my Back then acts nicey nice to my Face.He asked what she was yammering on about and told me he couldn't get a word in.I told him ah you learned first Hand what we've dealt with all of our lives!

Have to attend another Hearing September 4th..scheduled an Appointment for September 10 with a previous Therapist.Something I really didn't want to do.She and I are going to come to a mutual understanding on a matter from long ago before any discussion.

I've completely overhauled my Diet, because my Blood Sugar was elevated. In 2 Weeks I have lowered the readings 108 points.Am experiencing die off and probably the Herxheimer reaction,so haven't felt well.Slightly Headachy, watery Diarrhea among a few other symptoms.Really kicks my HA in!

Receiving New Balance Tennis Shoes Tomorrow,so when my Friend and I start walking the Track,I hope the Endorphins will flow.I NEED them!

I'm tense in my Neck,Shoulders,Back,Arms and the other Day was in my Abdomen.

Just so much going on right now.

Regardless how Anxious,Panicky or ill I feel by gosh am still going outside!Been out 4-5 times Today!

Sydnee,

I'm sorry to hear about your Nanna. Funerals always make me incredibly anxious, so do remember to cut yourself some slack.

I'm so happy to hear that you have overhauled your diet, and so proud that you are getting outside so much! turn

I'll be meeting you down at the track soon okay?

Try not to let your gritching and griping (love it!) family get to you. Think how far you have come, and of all the great things you are going to be doing now you have taken control of your life. They aren't worth your anxiety or grief, put yourself first and be proud. You are a winner.

Hugs,

Meg

Sydnee,

Glad to hear you are still planning some positive steps even thow your still going through so much anxiety.

I think you should try some of the ideas post in the many threads to help you bring that anxiety under control.

One of the best simple was to deal with Anxiety is breathing. Simple things like inhale to your lungs full capacity, hold it, then exhale imagining all of the stress to leave your body with the air that is exhaled. Getting yourself to a quiet calm place is another way to help and be able to breathe. Imagining a beautiful scene in your mind, counting to 100, counting your breath and trying to slow it are all techniques that really do help.

Another way of dealing with Anxiety is to be proactive with it. Understand what your triggers are. Think about them. Maybe write them down and the reasons you feel that they are your triggers. Try and focus on solutions to these triggers to avoid it happening in the first place. Maybe even get a loved one to help.

Let go of the anger and the resentment, it will hurt you more then you know.

Take care

Sydnee,

That's sad news about your grandmother; it must be hard for you to lose her with all these other memories of loss too.

You are an incredible role model about the going outside, though. Way to knock that agoraphobia on its keester! And that's very good news that you've got your blood sugar back down. You are taking good care of yourself, you understand why your body feels like it does and don't have to fear some mystery, and both of those things really help in keeping health anxiety from getting out of hand. Keep up the good work with your diet and exercise. Bravo!

Meg,

Thank you for your sympathies with the loss of my Nanny. She was an exceptional Woman,I miss her and will always hold her as my Grandmother and dear to my Heart.

To be honest,I feel much better since overhauling my Diet.Am terribly sore though!

All I gots to say Chic is put on your walking shoes and come join me for a couple Miles walk! turn

Hopefully Dad's final affairs will be settled this coming Week and I can finally take a much needed sigh of relief and say to Aunt and SIL,"Screw the both of you,Sydnee has left the Building!" smilewinkgrin
