Coffee, in fact anything with caffine in, is a big no-no. Makes my anxiety much much worse and kick starts all my physical panic symptoms. I love coffee, so when I'm feeling calm and in control I walk that fine line. I know that I can't have more than one cup of coffee a day when I'm doing ok, and otherwise skip it. When my anxiety is bad even eating/ drinking chocolate can set me off!
Students live off coffee and I miss it. However, I subsitute with peppermint tea, which is also good for nausea.
