Lately, i have been having really horrible mood swings. Like to the point where im screaming at the top of my lungs. accompanied by double vision. and it scares the crap out of me because i feel like a whole another person, and im so afraid to look at myself in the mirror because my eye goes inward, and its because i have a lazy eye, and it makes me so angry, because im scared that its a brain tumor or whatever, because of the double vision. and really bad mood swings. Dont mind me if im rambling i havent slept all night, because ive been so paranoid about the double vision and having a brain tumor =[... im so nervous. Idk.
can somebody reassure me? =[

Hi Disenchanted,

Have you let the doctor know about your concerns?  Has the double vision only just started recently?  You definately need something for the mood swings.  And maybe something for corrective vision.  Did you have this growing up?  I know that it is quite hard to deal with, but maybe glasses could help you.

I want to welcome you to the forum.  I am not sure if you have posted before here or not.  There are a lot of kind and compassionate people on here, that can really understand where you are coming from.

The anger issues are hard to deal with, but can be solved with medications and therapy.  I would highly recommend both.   Alos the obsessive thinking.  You are needing to learn how to focus on the here and now.  Stay in the moment.  That really helps with anger and with obsessive thinking.  You will be able to sleep better once you address this.

Best wishes to you, keep posting.

Hugs,  ...Karen

Yes,
ive had a lazy eye sense i was 3 years old, or younger, and i have developed double vision before and then it went away, but it scares me that its a brain tumor, because i get these weird jerks and stuff... well it could be because i havent slept in like 32 hours. I had a MRI 5 years ago and everything was negative, but thats before i got double vision, it scares me. it feel like my head jerks =[

That is something that you should bring up with your doctor, though not sleeping might be causing it, or anxiety.  But truly you should mention it to your doctor if it doesn't stop.

How come you haven't slept?  Because you are thinking about the possible brain tumor?  Try not to stress over it, it will just make you feel worse?  Why do you suppose that you have a fear of a brain tumor?  Does that run in your family?

I hope that you can relax and get some sleep.  That is another thing that you might want to talk to your doctor about.  The sleeping issue.

Best wishes,

Hugs, Karen
