Okay I have been having pa for a year now and I have been getting chest pain for almost a year too off and on.  When I get it, I know it is my muscles becasue I feel it more when I lean down to pick something up or twist.  On a scale from 1 to 10 I would say it gets to a 4 so it is not bad but uncomfortable, you know.  What are some ways to help reduce this. I notice when I am more stressed out, I get it.

Anistasia,

If you dont' have any money or insurance, talk to your local mental health organization. They should be able to help you to get help.

I agree with Nikki, relaxation should help you, but you should really talk to a professional. You can get help seeing a doctor through your local social services administration. You definately would qualify.

Best wishes,
hugs, Karen...
