Does anyone here get a brain fog, where they don't remember anything really, or when they read feel like they have to keep reading the same thing over and over again? Because i am so sick of this! Does anyone know how to get rid of a brain fog? I just want to be able to think right and remember things, i mean today i forgot my own phone number... im scared its a brain tumor or something. Like really scared....
Is it ever going to go away?UGH

Hi there, many of the meds can cause brain fog, do you suspect what is causing your brain fog besides a tumor?  Try to stay in the moment and don't get stuck in anticipatory anxiety.

Lyrica is well known for brain fog.

My middle name is "fog" even before I started taking meds. Have had very short-term memory loss for yeeeeeeeeeeeears.
If I have something productive to focus on, it really helps my brain stay active. As of late, being unemployed, I'm
in the fog quite a bit. My mechanism for dealing with it is making any kind of joke about myself and it that I can nad
I laugh it off (again and again and again). It's been really working for me!
