im no dr either, but i remember the first panic attack i had and i remember having many of the same symptoms as you. throat tightening and yawning alot is a sign of stress and anxiety. i do that a lot. your body is working so hard to keep up with the stress so it needs lots of oxygen, hence the yawning. it almost sounds from reading your post that you are in the midst of a panic attack. please keep us posted on how you are doing, there are a lot of people that are here to support you! I also had tightness in my chest, neck and numb/tingling left arm. You should get it checked to make sure everything is ok on the medical front. Once you're clear from that end, it makes the attacks a bit easier to deal with. I went to the ER so many times before I got diagnosed and started taking meds. I still have attacks when I'm stressing (like now) but I'm not running to the ER anymore.
