anyones therapist try hypnosis on them and did it relieve there panic? i had mine do it the other day and didnt notice anything.. i have trouble remembering things..so she was trying to tap into my subconscious...

A friend of mine underwent hypnosis for a while, but I don't think it helped much. She no longer sees that practitioner, but has found another counselor (CBT) instead.

I as well had /have a good friend that went thru the hypnosis and it did nothing for her

Joanne has Lupus and is now doing the online CBT

** ALTHOUGH.....I have heard some good from ppl that have had success

I guess it is up to the person and the Hypnotist.......I wish you well
