Welcome to HealingWell,

I have never used this product so I have no input but as Lyn said it may depend on each person how you react to the doses.

I would say your probably right, it is not a good choice for you.

Hi Manic,

Welcome to HW. I'm sorry to hear about your poor tummy smhair

I take valerian sometimes to help me sleep and it hasn't caused me trouble, but I take low doses, maybe it is something they use to bind the valerian that you are allergic to such as wheat or yeast???? Just a thought. Valerian is a derivative of the valerian root and is the actual basis for clinical valium so it does have healing properties. I hope things continue to settle down for you!
