I'm sorry everyone.... I haven't been around much to support and encourage all of you... am having a terrible time with nightmares, waking up shaking and unsettled.... other stuff too.... know that I am thinking and praying for each of you... keeping you all in my heart and prayers.... Have not forgotten this wonderful family just having a hard time 'sorting' and having way too many flashbacks.... am feeling fragmented , shaky and anxious with all these memories popping up at odd times ... especially when its time to close my eyes and go to sleep... PTSD....
Sending you all healing thoughts and prayers

Awww Mary I am so sorry to hear you are having rough times again. Like Kitt said, we are here for you, so vent away sister. Holler if you need anything.

P.S. Did you get any relief from your Iron Infusion? I did one about a week after you, and I am still pooped all the time.

Mary i am pretty new to this forum, but i identify strongly with your suffering.

I pray our loving Saviour gives you the peace that passes understanding. No one should have to go through panic/anxiety.
