For those of you who believe in prayer, i ask you to pray for me as i battle along today. i fight so hard to be 'normal' and not be affected by poor physical and mental health, but some days the burden is too heavy. im finding it difficult to balance work with illness, especially as a high school teacher- its so draining and i feel like i take a step forward and 2 steps back.

im sorry to complain, but i believe in the power of prayer.
Thanks- Maz XX

Mazfire,

Prayers are coming your way, bushels of prayers to help you through the tough day.  Two steps forward and one step back is ok..........the day will come when you keep moving forward and have few steps back.

Hugs to you  and stay in the moment.

I'm just curious, you have a list of your health issues.  However, no mention of any meds.

Are you taking any meds for anxiety?  When mine gets really bad, I can't "strong will" myself out of 'em.  I have to start my Ativan until I can think more rationally and until some of my physical symptoms get better.  Mean time, until then, I start reading the book that my doc told me to get. They are like my Bible on tough days!  The book really helps me and reminds me that I can and will get through this!  If your interested it's called DON'T PANIC! Taking control of anxiety attacks.

All my prayers!

Jennifer

Not sure how if I'm on very good terms with the powers that be but I'm sending out my prayers anyway.

Best wishes,
