trying to understand

im trying to understand why I am still having alll the fear from my anxiety when im not having problems with it im having pain every where the worst is in my left side in the front by my shoulder and in my upper hips its been over a month since I stoped smoking im hoping my pulse will get back up to the normal 70s and 80s cause right now its in the low 60s my doctor says its good but I don't think so

Shell,

Most people do not know why anxiety hits them when they think they are doing good.  For you which came first the pain or the anxiety.

Your physician is the professional and a heart rate in the 60s range is normal.

Face your fears and you may find that they were not near as awful as you anticipated.  Kick those fears to the curb and practice getting through the small fears before you attack you largest phobias.

I think the pain did I seem to feel it all the time ,maybe cause im thinking about it to much I have noticed im anxiety sensitive and any loud noise sets me off to. I have talked to my doctor she is trying to help me the best she can. I think she is thinking my thyroids are trying to make a big mess again

I am glad your working with your Doctor and checking out your thyroid is a very good idea.
