Take some deep breaths okay sweetie. 70bpm is a little high, but nothing I would worry too much about. It's just the anxiety talking. I find closing my eyes and rolling them back into my head helps lower my heart rate..it simulates a "sleep state" so your body naturally slows down. Can you have a cup of warm tea with honey? Something to focus on other than the sensations in your body? If you can't sleep try reading or watching some TV..nothing worse than lying in bed wide awake and scared.
