Has anyone here tried "Panic Away", or any other techniques that are advertised online to help with anxiety? The websites sound so convincing, they are supposedly a miracle cure for panic attacks and anxiety. I am not sure what all is involved in it as they are so cryptic about the details but the site says it is "all natural, no pills". It's like mind diversion or something. Hope it is okay for me to give out the name and everything, I am thinking of ordering it and wanted to know if it's a scam. Thanks! scool

Hi
I ended up ordering 'Panic away' when i was feeling so desparate i didnt know what else to do!!

It cost quite a bit of money but i didnt care at the time. Personally i did not think it was a miracle cure at all and felt that it preyed a bit on ppl when they are feeling desparate!

There are some good tips in there but nothing i didnt really know before, if you are like me i have trawled the internet for info in helping my anxiety and most of the stuff i have found over the years are in the panic away programme. You might be better to get a book by Claire weekes as alot of panic away is taken from her info released in book and cd form and is cheaper.....just a suggestion.

Most of the tips include, relaxation......which on their site they say its not about that!! and writing down your thoughts each morning and also some info on EFT (tapping your neuro pathways etc)

I hope you find some helpful nfo and i hope this post may have helped you, if you want to contact me am here to talk to if you wish.

Best wishes

Claire

Good Morning.  I have spent lots of money over the years on "miracle cures".  Whenever you read the info, look for the hook...............How much does it cost?

Reading a good book and it is frequently one you can get at the library and working through your aniety is the real cure. It is you that can learn to heal and learn how to deal with anxiety.

Take care

I also like Lucinda Bassett also. . . It has helped me a lot:) I also ordered Panic Away, and I do like it some. . . when it comes down to it, there are many different techniques for the many different people out there :) Lucinda's program is good because you get to work through issues over a few month period of time which is reasonable, considering there is so much more to anxiety than many people think. A person really has to go through and reprogram the way they think, which for me was a life saver :) Good luck to you :)

It's no problem. I haven't gotten a chance to do a whole lot the past few days as I have been fighting a really bad cold. I appreciate you asking about me though. It's wonderful to have met such caring people :-) I will post again to update you on my progress. Thanks!
