I went to the doc Thursday, 20 miles away, and did just fine on the way there and back (just used my relaxation techniques as needed:)  I am so happy considering just three weeks ago tomorrow, I was in the hospital for the worst panic attack I've ever had (and not leaving the house much for a few months). . . LOL   I'm glad I can look back at it and laugh now, cause like I told my doc, when it happened, I thought I was having a heart attack and it sure was not funny then. . . Anyway, since I've been released, I dusted of my Attacking Anxiety and Depression by Lucinda Bassett, and bought Panic Away, which deals with the "One Move Technique" (which is pretty much telling the attack to come on, because you are not afraid of it anymore. . . It can't hurt you, and you are not going to die), and I am feeling so much better now :)  I just thought I would share some positivity with everyone.  Thank you all for being here for me.  It has meant a lot :)
Much Love, Hugs, Peace & Comfort :)
