Hi nikki- how are you? just wanted to tell you that you  have NO reason at all to fear antiobiotics. they are very safe and side effects are minimal- sometimes you need them, they can be the only thing that works- dont let other people's experience colour your view, they are safe to take, and if prescribed, your doc knows what he is doing.
positive thoughts, much love, will email you soon! have a fab, fear free day!

Maz is right and remember each person has their own story to tell.  Do not avoid a medication because of what some may have said on here.  Work with your physician.

hello all,
Yes, sometimes the antibiotics are a must to get well.

Just be sure to take some good acidophilus from your health food store after you are done with them. It will put back the balance of good flora for the intestinal tract.

This is what the antibiotics will destroy in your system and are necessary for a good immune system.
