Phobias and irrational fear. Especially this time of year.  Many things make our phobias worse.

Over on some of the other forums there are "Daily Check-Ins" for the members.

Like today is Tuesday, so there would be a "Tuesday Check-In" or "Tuesday Roll Call", and etc. for each day of the week.

Something that Kitt does on the Depression Forum is cool also. They have a "Chat Tuesday", I'm assuming is once a week.

Anyway, I think both of these would be something that would help bring back a new positive twist on the A/P Forum :)

Kitt, i like the idea of a daily roll call more than what we have now- a day by day thing would be good IMHO. XX

I was wondering if we can have a thread about how to deal with family and friends who may not understand anxiety and panic disorder. For example, my boyfriend thinks I get so worked up about everything... and I try to explain that it's the anxiety and I'm working on it, but I don't think he really understands. I think he thinks that it's my fault and that I use anxiety as an excuse. I wonder if people have dealt with this successfully, and how they did it...
