Good Morning Family,  Happy Wednesday and the week is half over.
I love reading the anxwers you post to the daily roll call as I can tell you are really getting to know yourselves better and life is not looking quite so bad.
Knowing the answer to this question will be invaluable if you experience difficulties along the way. It might be a close friend, a spouse, parent, or life coach. Make sure it is someone you trust and who will support your efforts.
Who will I turn to for support?

I really like the roll calls and the daily questions with them. What a great idea!

I turn to my fiance, my two best friends, and my therapist. My therapist and my fiance have definitely inspired changes recently that are helping me get on top of my anxiety better.

Morning everyone,
My first support person is my husband, then my daughter and my sister who, because she lives in Texas cannot be here physically to support, but we talk several times a week and I know she is always there for me no matter what.  I think I rely more on myself now than I ever have and would like to continue to work on that too.

I love these daily threads and questions.  It's great to get down to the heart and really think and you are making us do that and it's great.  It really does help.

I wrote a list in the front of my journal of people I truly trust to turn to and keep it with me now.  Parents first and foremost and then my twin sister and younger brother and a close friend.

Anxiety 2007; IBS 2004; Chronic Hives 2002.  Medications:  Allegra, Zantac, Xanax, Darvocet.

I guess I better answer my own question.  I turn to my husband and of course my special Big Sis in Canada who has put up with my tears and anxieties these many times I have melted.

I turn to my sister Bev but just occasionally as she has the ovarian cancer and I do not want her worrying about me.

I call my children and then I have to realize they are to busy with their daily lives to real  be bothered with Mom I rarely call them.

I come here and read your posts and take my mind off how I feel and for that I am grateful that I have this family.
